What is true monthly cost for broadband?
Everything you pay over the minimum term (setup or activation fees, intro prices ending and fixed April rises) divided by the number of months. Rolling plans are costed over 12 months.
Are April price rises included?
Yes. Since January 2025 Ofcom requires rises to be shown in pounds and pence at sign-up, so we add each provider's stated April rise to the months it applies.
Which speed do I need?
Around 100Mb suits most homes of 1 to 3 people. 300 to 500Mb handles 4K streaming and big downloads across a busy household. 900Mb+ is for heavy users, gamers and home workers moving large files.
Can I get these deals at my address?
Availability depends on your postcode. Some full-fibre providers only cover certain cities or buildings. The provider confirms availability before you order.
