Onestream broadband: what you get
Onestream is a UK broadband provider. It sells full fibre (FTTP) up to 1000Mb and part fibre broadband on 12, 18 or 24-month contracts, with unlimited downloads. Here's what it offers, in plain English, from its own published pages.
On its homepage Onestream shows this example: 40 Mbps · Great for everyday online use · 35 Mbps download · 9 Mbps upload · £18.50 /month
(from their site, checked 4 November 2026). The price you'll pay depends on your address, plan, contract length and extras such as router rental, so check yours before you order.

Contracts, extras and the small print
- Contract length: a minimum term of 12, 18 or 24 months, starting when your service goes live.
- April price rise: broadband ordered on or after 1 January 2025 goes up by a fixed £2.75 a month every 1 April. If you join between 1 January and 31 March, you skip the first April rise.
- Router: Onestream offers a Standard, Superstream or Superstream+ router. Its terms say what you pay for the router is a rental fee, and you must send it back when your service ends. The price guide charges extra if it isn't returned within 14 days.
- Activation and installation: the price guide lists activation fees and charges for missed or cancelled engineer visits, so check what applies to your order.
- Extras: the price guide lists optional extras such as security software licences and an itemised paper bill. Check your basket so you only pay for what you want.
- Leaving early: early termination fees apply if you leave during your minimum term.
- Changing your mind: you can cancel within 14 days of your order confirmation.
- Data: unlimited downloads with no usage caps.
Home phone
New Onestream broadband comes without a phone line as standard. Its price guide still lists home phone line rental and call bundles (500, 1000 or unlimited UK minutes, plus international add-ons), so if you need a landline, ask Onestream when you check your address.

Who Onestream suits
- People who want full fibre and are happy with a 12, 18 or 24-month contract.
- Homes that don't need a landline, as broadband comes without one as standard.
- People who are happy to choose their own extras and check the basket before they pay.
It may suit you less if you want a rolling monthly plan or a landline included as standard. Compare the price for your address with another provider before you switch.
Onestream FAQs
Does Onestream sell full fibre broadband?
Yes. Onestream's price guide lists five full fibre (FTTP) plans, which it calls TrueFibre: Supreme Full Fibre 80, 115, 220 and 550, and Hyperstream Full Fibre 1000. The guide gives their average download speeds as 62Mbps, 100Mbps, 200Mbps, 500Mbps and 945Mbps.
How long are Onestream contracts?
Onestream's terms say the minimum term is 12, 18 or 24 months. It starts on the day your service is up and running or your switch from another provider completes.
Does Onestream put prices up every April?
Yes. Its terms say that for broadband, part fibre or full fibre ordered, renewed or upgraded on or after 1 January 2025, the price goes up by a fixed £2.75 a month on 1 April each year. If you sign up between 1 January and 31 March, the first April rise doesn't apply, but later ones do.
Does Onestream broadband include a home phone line?
Not as standard. Onestream's price guide says all new broadband packages come without a traditional phone line (SoGEA), and full fibre isn't provided with a voice service or phone line as standard. The same guide does list home phone line rental and call add-ons, so ask Onestream if you need a landline.
Is there a data limit?
No. Onestream's homepage says its broadband has unlimited downloads with no usage caps.
Can I cancel if I change my mind?
Onestream's terms say you can cancel your order within 14 days of the order confirmation. Any router it sent must go back within 14 days of telling it you want to cancel.
Why doesn't SimSift show Onestream's prices?
Onestream shows its deal prices only after you enter your address, and we don't have a price feed from it yet. We'd rather show no price than one we haven't checked, so check the price for your address on Onestream's site.
