Sky's Black Friday deals are live: what they really cost
Sky's Black Friday sale runs until 9 December 2026. The best broadband price is 500Mbps full fibre for £26 a month with no set-up fee. Some SIM prices rise partway through the contract, so here's what you actually pay.

What changed
Sky has Black Friday prices on broadband, TV and Sky Mobile SIMs. Sky says the offers end on 9 December 2026, but some broadband new-customer prices end sooner: most on 2 December, and Ultrafast and Full Fibre 150 on 18 November (Sky Black Friday deals).
Who it affects
- New Sky broadband customers. These prices are for new customers. Sky says Full Fibre 500 is available to 79% of UK homes.
- Anyone weighing up a Sky Mobile SIM.
- Existing Sky customers don't get the new-customer broadband prices.
What it costs (true monthly cost)
Prices are from Sky's own pages on 5 November 2026. "True monthly cost" is the total over the minimum term divided by the months, before any price rise Sky may make during the contract.
| Deal | Headline | Term | Total over term | True monthly cost |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Full Fibre 500 broadband (500Mbps average) | £26 a month, £0 set-up | 24 months | £624 | £26.00 |
| Essential TV + Full Fibre 500 | £32 a month | 24 months | £768 | £32.00 |
| Sky Mobile 10GB SIM | £7 a month for 3 months, then £14 | 12 months | £147 | £12.25 |
| Sky Mobile 50GB SIM | £10 a month for 6 months, then £20 | 12 months | £180 | £15.00 |
| Sky Mobile Unlimited SIM | £18 a month for 12 months, then £25 | 24 months | £516 | £21.50 |
Sources: broadband, TV and the 10GB and 50GB 12-month SIM offers from Sky's Black Friday page and its legal terms; Unlimited from Sky Mobile SIM only plans.
About the Unlimited price
Sky's SIM page shows Unlimited at £18 a month for 12 months, then £25, on a 24-month term, both in its Black Friday banner and in the plan picker you buy from. The older legal text lower on the same page still lists "Unlimited data for £21 a month for 12 months, then £25". We've used £18 because that's the price Sky is selling at in its plan picker today. Check the price in your basket before you pay.
Things to watch
- Prices can still go up during the contract. Sky's small print says "Prices may change during minimum terms" for broadband, and "Data plan price may increase during your new minimum term" for mobile. It doesn't give a pounds-and-pence figure on these pages.
- After 24 months, broadband costs £5 more. Sky says your price will then be "the price you are paying immediately before your minimum term ends, plus £5." Set a reminder before month 24.
- Another 50GB option. Sky's SIM page also shows 50GB on a 24-month term at £8.50 a month, then £17 after 12 months. That's a true monthly cost of £12.75 over 24 months, but a longer tie-in than the 12-month offer above.
What to do
- For broadband: £26 a month for 500Mbps is a strong price if you can get Sky Full Fibre. Check your postcode, and put the 24-month end date in your diary.
- For a SIM: compare the true monthly cost, not the first-months price. 30-day plans that don't rise mid-contract can beat a 12- or 24-month deal.
- Already with Sky? Ask for a re-contract price before your term ends.
